English: General Requirements and Registration Procedures


1. a. i. D3 and S1: Graduated from SMA / SMK / MA equivalent from all

            majors.

ii. Specifically for FIKES: Minimum height of 150 cm (female) / 155 cm

    (male), not physically disabled / color blind, tattooed and pierced

    (male). Specifically for the D3 Technology Study Program Blood Bank

    must attach a certificate of hepatitis B and C free from the results

    minimal laboratory examination with the Elisa method.

b. S2 and S3: Pass D4 / S1 (for S2), or S2 (for S3) all disciplines from study

    programs accredited by BAN-PT (especially graduates from foreign

    universities must obtain a legal equivalent of a diploma from the

    Directorate General of Higher Education).

2. a. Sl, S2 and S3 Accept students with disabilities / physical disabilities for

        all study programs except Fikes.

b. S1, S2 and S3 Accept foreign students and credit transfers.

3. a. Register online by first creating an account at maba.unitomo.ac.id (note:

        must have an active and contactable email / mobile number / WhatsApp)

b. Fill out the Registration / Transfer Form (FPMB1) and upload the scanned

    files of the following:

i. KTP / KK, Certificate / Birth Certificate, and Latest Color Photograph.

ii. D3 / S1: Diploma / STTB / SKL and SMA / SMK / MA Score List.

iii. S2: D4 / S1 Diploma and Transcript.

iv. S3: Graduate Diploma and Transcript, and Dissertation Proposal

     Plan.

v. Specifically for transfers: diploma and grade transcripts, as well as a

    certificate of transfer / introduction from the original university (note:  

    the accreditation of the original university study program is at least

    the same / higher than the intended study program at Unitomo).

vi. For foreigners only: a special permit from the Ministry of Education

     and Culture.

vii. Other required documents (if any).

c. Registration and filling in the Registration Form can also be done offline

    through the PMB Committee Registration Section by bringing the

    completeness as referred to in point 2.b.

4. Pay a registration fee of Rp. 400.000,- (for D3 / S1), Rp. 500,000, (for S2),

    and Rp. 600.000,- (for S3), by transferring via ATM, SMS / Mobile Banking,

    or any bank teller to the Virtual Account Number (VA) listed in the

    Registration Notification (FPMB2). Especially for D3 / S1, Rp cashback.

    50,000, - in the form of BNI Taplus Account balances (for Regular Class),

    and Bank Jatim Cycle Savings (for Professional Class).

5. Take an Academic Potential Test, except:

a. For D3 / S1. Have work experience min. 2 years (proven certificate of

    employment from the company/institution), or average grades for

    Indonesian, English and Mathematics subjects > 70 if using the value

    format with a scale of 0 - 100, or > 2.80 if using the format value with a

    scale of 0 - 4.00. Specifically for FIKES, they are required to take a

    Health Test at a cost of Rp. 250.000,-

b. For S2. Have GPA > 3.00.

6. a. Pay the Re-registration fee by:

i. Regular Class: enter / show the Registration Number that is stated in

   the Cover Letter for Re-Registration (SPDU) via:

• BNI ATMs. Enter Menu More | Payment | Next Menu | University | Student Payment Center (SPC) | Enter the University Institution Code Dr. Soetomo = 8056 followed by Registration Number.

• Mobile Banking. Enter Payment Menu | Tuition Fees | Service Type = Payment | College = University Dr. Soetomo | Billing Number = Registration Number.

• Cash deposit via tellers at Bank BNI branch offices wherever they are.

ii. Professional Class: transfer to the Virtual Account Number (VA) listed

    on Notification of Registration (FPMB2) via ATM, SMS / Mobile

    Banking or deposit cash via any bank teller.

b. Re-registration fee includes:

• Odd Semester Her-Registration 2022/2023,

• SPP Month I Odd Semester 2022/2023.

• Cost of Health Services, and

• Admission Fee.

7. Receiving a Certificate of Acceptance (SKD), an introduction to picking up a

     suit alma mater, and photo of student ID card
